A friend is someone you rely on when you need a hand.
A friend's a shoulder you can lean on when you cannot stand.

I have problems of my own and
you have troubles too. But I could help you.
And I know this won't work. Oh but maybe it will?
I'm attracted to trouble. And it always finds me.
But with two it is double. Until one of us flees.
Our past is questionable. Presently we're cool.
The future could rule.
But if one thing seems to go wrong. I may start to doubt.
And then move along.
